We'll be playing our Irving Berlin selection for the first time in Plzen, in this beautiful Neo-Renaissance venue. “Irving Berlin is the greatest songwriter that has ever lived. He has had a greater influence on American music than any other one man. By introducing and perfecting Ragtime, he was the first to sow the seeds of an American music.” The brilliant Petr Dvorsky will join us on contra bass.

We're back at Prague's favourite jazz club with our Irving Berlin project. Regarded as the best songwriter who ever lived, known for introducing and popularising Ragtime, Berlin's life is the real American dream. The launch in March was an overwhelming success, and so we continue. Looking forward to seeing you there.

This one is a must! Young saxophonist Nela Dusova is fast becoming one of my favourites and we're excited to introduce her to our house concert followers. We're also happy to welcome back Petr Dvorsky, one of our all time favourite bass players and great human. So come and swing and swoon and enjoy the last of the summer with us.
